Do I have to send my shoes?

No. The box arrives ready for you to place your own pointe shoes at home. You do not need to send them to us at any time.

How are the pointe shoes placed?

It is very simple and you can do it yourself at home. You only need to remove the two screws holding the frame, take out the glass, and place the pointe shoes inside, just as you would when framing a photograph. Then, replace the glass and screw the frame back on.

Does the box include glass?

Yes. All our boxes include a front glass that protects the shoes from dust and helps keep them in perfect condition.

Is the light dimmable?

Yes. The LED lighting is dimmable so you can create a warmer atmosphere or a more intense light depending on the moment. It is powered via a USB port, like a mobile phone charger, and its consumption is very low.

Does it work for any shoe size?

Yes. The box is designed to fit virtually any size and brand of pointe shoes.
